Sitting all day is unnatural and causes us countless health problems.

🏃You have to move more, and you, how many hours do you spend sitting down every day?

🤔 Lack of exercise makes us think slower. It also affects the production of happiness and well-being hormones such as serotonin and endorphins.

😔 The gargoyle posture, with the neck flexed before the computer or cell phone screen, causes cervical problems, from muscle contractures, to spinal hernias, headaches and bruxism.

💓 When we decrease physical capacity, the maximum oxygen consumption that we are able to take decreases.
We will be 64% more likely to suffer from some type of heart disease.

💪 Neck, back and shoulder muscle contractures, especially the trapeze, supraspinatus tendon ruptures may occur due to poor arm support and poor posture.

👁 The spine, especially the lumbosacral, is overweight, at the level of the spinal muscles, causing muscle fatigue with the appearance of hernias.
The lumbar, dorsal and cervical muscle tone is shortened.
It is estimated that you lose 1% of your bone mass annually if you sit for more than 6 hours a day.

😖 Decreased bowel movements causing constipation and Columbus problems.

🏃🚶🏊⛹🚴 MOVE
The solution according to the WHO, it would be enough for us to do 150 weekly minutes of some physical activity.
Even if it is moderate, walking is perfect.

🚶 Get up from the chair every 30 or 60 minutes or climb stairs.

Companies must encourage practices that favor some physical activity during the working day.

😱 Spending the day sitting in front of a computer throughout your working life and coming home to settle down on the sofa, you will end up with a very high bill if you do not remedy it (yourself and the bosses in your company) from now on.

💃So MOVE……
