❇️STEPS TO PREVENT IT

✳️ perform breast self-exam every month, TOUCH YOURSELF.

✳️ Eat healthy, reduce the consumption of refined flours, sugar, and processed foods rich in preservatives, flavors, and colors that lead to silent inflammation of cells and degeneration.

✳️ Perform physical exercise on a regular basis.

✳️Don’t smoke

✳️ Sunbathe 15 minutes a day, helps keep vitamin D levels optimal. Low levels of this vitamin is linked to breast cancer.

✳️ Reduce alcohol consumption to a minimum.

✳️ Avoid being overweight, especially in menopause.

✳️ Perform meditation, yoga, spiritual exercises and prayers, to improve stress and connect with our Supreme Being.
