It consists of using gravity to relieve pressure on the spine, which compresses over time and causes pain and functional limitation.

When you are in an anti-gravity position or at an angle in which the head is lower than the feet, the spine is decompressed, which relieves pressure and pain, when the vertebral spaces are widened, nerve clamping decreases.

The inversion can correct some slight misalignments caused by bad positions that generate muscle contractures. Generalized muscle stretching is achieved during therapy.
